Most USPS orders are received within 2 to 5 business days of payment if your product total before shipping is over $50 or if you’ve ordered spray paint, your order will be shipped via UPS ground shipping. Ground shipping normally takes between 1 to 5 business days.
The shipping times above (in the map) are for reference only and are based UPS deliveries (without any exceptions by the shipper) to major metropolitan areas. For rural deliveries, it can take a few more days. Click here to view our transit times.
The tracking number is sent automatically to you by e-mail when your package is shipped. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your "bulk folder" to see if your spam protection has trashed the message.
If your tracking number is not in your bulk mail folder you can contact us to receive it.

Most likely your package will be returned to us. Make sure to enter your complete address when you place your order (including your apartment number). If a package is returned to us because you supplied an incomplete or invalid address or for any other reasons not imputable to Spray Planet, you will be charged additional shipping fees. Returned orders may be cancelled, but a 15% restock fee will be applied.

The discount codes themselves vary in value (amount off) and how they can applied. Some codes are for an amount off entire orders, others are for specific products or product categories and others are automatic. We do our best at Spray Planet to make the terms of every coupon as clear as possible which includes how the coupon can be applied, when it expires and if it is a one time use or multiple use offer.
Note: our coupon codes CAN NOT be combined or "stacked". We only allow for one coupon code use per order. This includes all coupon types listed above and any other coupon code types that are not listed for orders that meet the coupon code's use specified parameters.

Our goal is to offer you full availability at any time. Normally colors are restocked every 3 weeks or less. We are doing our best to maintain an accurate inventory online, however at times there may be some discrepencies here and there in our inventory. In these rare cases we are TEMPORARILY substituting colors that are ordered but not in stock with the next closest color based on HUE. In the majority of cases we are not substituting colors, and we do our best to reach out to customers in the event a color happens to be out of stock.
All spray paint orders weighing under 3 lbs are shipped via USPS. All orders weighing over 3 lbs are shipped via UPS ground.
Only orders that weigh under 3 lbs and ship via USPS can be delivered to PO BOXES. UPS orders, including orders over 3 lbs cannot be delivered to PO BOXES as UPS does not deliver to PO BOXES.
If you list a PO BOX as shipping address for UPS, you will be responsible for any re-shipping cost incurred. In the event your listed a PO BOX address for a UPS shipment and the package is returned and you DO NOT want it reshipped, we will, review package for damaged goods, apply a 15% restocking fee to the returned package and refund the remaining amount less the restocking fee and cost of any damaged goods.
If you believe you were missing items from your order, contact must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving your order to be eligible for exchange or refund so we may investigate.
If you received your order and there are damaged items - you have 5 days to report it from the time of shipment delivery to you (based on shipper tracking information). After 5 days have passed from the time tracking information shows delivery - we will not accept damaged goods report for that order.
Orders that have already shipped are NOT able to be cancelled.
Orders that have been placed but have not been shipped can be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% (of order total) fee for restocking and administration.
