Returns or Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis and accepted at our discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you must contact us to receive an authorization as not all items apply for returns or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee.
All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
No returns or refunds available for aerosol products and markers unless damaged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Orders that have already shipped are NOT able to be cancelled.
Orders that have been placed but have not been shipped can be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% (of order total) fee for restocking and administration.
Missing Or Damaged Items Reporting Policy:
If your order is missing an item or items OR your order has a damaged item or items - you have 5 days to report it from the time of shipment delivery to you (based on shipper tracking information). After 5 days have passed from the time tracking information shows delivery - we will not accept missing or damaged goods report for that order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted item sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, contact our customer service team who will issue an authorization code.
